Initiate Your Request
Log into your Enluzia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
